About David

David is a passionate industrial designer with years of experience and a variety of products under his belt. He has had a passion for subjects such as art and drawing from a very early age. David's interests eventually led him to pursue industrial design. David graduated with a bachelor of industrial design from Auburn University as an honors scholar of the Auburn University Honors College in 2012. David then completed his master of industrial design from Auburn in 2014. David wrote his master's thesis on recommendations for designing spaces to support the creative and design process. David participated in a variety of sponsored studios during his time at Auburn. He has worked as a graduate teaching assistant for various design subjects and as a graduate research assistant. David also worked as a graphic designer and producer for 478 Creative and Geographics Art and as a freelance designer. David then worked for Emerson, specifically for the Emerson Air Comfort and Emerson Tool Company groups, designing ceiling fan and vacuum products. David then worked for Luminance Brands, designing ceiling fans and lighting.

David is also passionate about business and business strategy. He has a certificate in business foundations from Wharton Online through Coursera.

David also enjoys photography, art, music, sports, books, dancing, games, nerdy stuff, continuous learning, thinking about the future, biking and other outdoor activities, particularly involving water.
